Can I See a Proof Before Production?
Absolutely — every order includes a digital artwork proof that you must approve before we begin manufacturing. We will never start production without your explicit approval.
How the Proof Process Works
1. Submit Your Quote Request
Start by requesting a free quote on any product page. Include any artwork, sketches, or descriptions you have. If you don't have artwork ready, our design team will create it for you at no cost.
2. Receive Your Proof
Our designers will prepare a digital proof showing exactly how your finished product will look. The proof includes:
- Your artwork rendered on the product (pin, coin, medal, or lanyard)
- Plating finish and color representation
- Size and proportions
- Any special features (spinners, danglers, edge styles, etc.)
3. Review and Request Changes
Take your time reviewing the proof. If anything isn't right — colors, proportions, text, layout — let us know and we'll revise it. There's no charge for design revisions. We want you to be completely satisfied with the design before we move forward.
4. Approve and Proceed
Once you're happy with the proof, give us your approval and we'll begin production. Your production timeline starts from this approval date.
Why Proofs Matter
Custom products are made-to-order using a steel mold created specifically for your design. Once the mold is struck, changes are costly and time-consuming. The proof process ensures you're confident in every detail before we commit to manufacturing.
Tips for a Smooth Proof Process
- Review carefully. Check spelling, color accuracy, and overall layout. Zoom in on small text.
- Share with stakeholders. If others need to sign off on the design, include them early to avoid delays.
- Respond promptly. The sooner you approve (or request changes), the sooner your order enters production.
