How Long Does Production Take?

Production timelines vary by product type. All timelines below begin after you approve your artwork proof — not from the date you place your order.

The Full Timeline

Here's what the process looks like from start to finish:

1. Quote & Artwork (1–3 business days)

After you submit your quote request, our team sends you a formal quote — usually within one business day. If you don't have finished artwork, our designers will create it for you at no charge.

2. Proof Approval (depends on you)

Before production begins, you'll receive an artwork proof to review. Once you approve the proof, the clock starts on production. The faster you approve, the faster you receive your order.

3. Production (see table above)

Your custom mold is created and your order is manufactured. Production times may vary slightly based on design complexity — particularly for challenge coins with intricate details or specialty features.

4. Shipping (included free)

After production, your order ships via priority air to anywhere in the US at no charge. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after production is complete.

Total Estimated Timeline

For most pin orders, expect approximately 2–3 weeks from quote to delivery. Challenge coins and medals take slightly longer due to their more complex manufacturing process — plan for 3–4 weeks total.
